How long have you been in business?
Exit Realty Customers First a franchise of Exit Realty International has been in business for three years. Exit Realty was founded 10 years ago and now has over 44,000 agents nationwide in over 1200 offices. In PA, there are 33 offices and 900 plus Realtors.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate sales and purchase of residential and commercial properties. Also, land development and construction of modular homes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Most of our Associates have decades long experience in Real Estate sales. Some our our agents are newer to the industry ranging from just licensed to 10 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Any real estate company can promise you the world. Frankly we all have the capability to network your property through the same outlets. However, the company is ONLY as good as its agents. We pride ourselves in the abiltiy and dedication of the Realtors that represent Exit, even in the tough times!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our location is in Hanover, PA. However, there are other Exit Realty fanchises around the state.

York and Adams Countiess. Other areas of the state based on special requests and projects.

Ron and Sheila Carter are the franchise owners. Colleen Smith is the Broker of Record.

Monday thru Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
