We offer pet gifts and supplies that are very unique. They are not the "run of the mill" things that you'll see at a large pet supply store.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have two Newfoundlands and could never find anything in the stores that pertained to Newfoundlands, I decided that I would start a niche business that catered to "CUSTOM" items so folks could use their digital photos and have unique 'one of a kind' gifts created using their digital photos.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer quality, one of a kind gifts such as ceramic tile murals, custom pet urns using digital photos. Not just a rendition of the breed but YOUR PET on the product you choose; making it totally exclusive.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I presently sell at pet expos and via the internet. I am currently operating at peak and will look to expand in the future. Right now, selling online helps me keep the cost down for customers. So it's a great thing!
